Grief: What We Carry
Loss changes us. Love stays with us. Together, we'll explore what we carry forward.
Grief isn't only about losing someone we love.
Sometimes we grieve a relationship, a dream, our health, a career, a home, a season of life, or the person we thought we would become. Loss changes us, and each of us carries it differently.
"Grief: What We Carry" is a guided creative experience that offers a safe space to explore grief in all its forms through painting, reflection, and gentle conversation.
Together, we'll create layered abstract artwork inspired by the things we carry—love, memories, questions, resilience, and hope. This isn't about finding closure or "moving on." It's about acknowledging that grief becomes part of our story, while discovering that we don't have to carry it alone.
No artistic experience is necessary. You don't need the right words or a finished story. Just come as you are.
Whether your loss is recent or years old, whether it involves a person, a place, a dream, or a life that changed unexpectedly, this is a space to slow down, create, connect, and honor your experience with compassion.
Sometimes healing doesn't begin with answers.
Sometimes it begins with making space for what we carry.
